I probably won't be able to make it to chat..i'm pretty sure my laptop fan is broken, so by the time that late of evening rolls around (when everyone's in chat) my computer is unbelievably slow. Not sure what I'm gonna do about it though.. :/

It just means one has not been started recently. You can start it by clicking on the open chatroom option (or whatever its called. I'm on my phone right now)
