Hey everyone... I am in a crisis!!! I need a strait leg scorpion and a hyper extended bow and arrow by the end of the summer!!! ahhhhhhh!!! I did some research, but all things it says havent been doing that much. I have been doing backbends and just trying to pull it over and over again... It only worked a little. But.. Everything I have been doing for my scale has been successful so far... So if anybody has any helpful hints or stratagies... please tell me!!!

can you do the splits? Well I would talk to a coach or older team member but I would work on your heelstretch first if you dont already have it STRETCH YOUR BRAINS OUT EVERYDAY!
