All-Star Flexibitily Issue

Hiya everyone! I know there are loads of posts on flexibility, but I can't seem to find one that addresses my specific problem. I had a problem with my hip flexors which set my splits back to a good 4 inches off the ground. It's all fixed now, but when I go into my left leg splits, I have a tight/painful feeling in my inner thigh. it's hard to explain since I have no clue which muscle it is. the only other way i can describe it is on the inner, upper thigh running up to the groin.

do you guys have any suggestions for stretches that can help fix this problem? I'd like to get my splits back!:(
