Alright, so I'm a flyer on my schools cheer team. I want to know basically anything and everything I can do to become the best flyer I can possibly be.

So these are my questions:
- How can I make my stunting less wobbly (going up)?
- What can I do to make my balance better (libs, scorpions, heel stretch, b&a etc.)?
- What are some good stretches for scorpions (dorito and straight)?
- What are some good stretches for heel stretches?
- What are some good stretches for bow and arrows?
- What are some good splits stretches?

I know it's a lot! So far I pretty much have my dorito scorpion and a left split. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you :)

1) keep your butt up and never look down, also fight for the stunt, never give up.
2) practice practice, also you can try standing on a soup can, that is very very helpful, do it every night and practice every position, start with lib the first few nights until you get a hang of it.
3) bridges, leaning back in your splits
4) over splits, kicking your leg up a lot so your leg is used to it
5) same as heel stretches
6) stretch your splits for a long time, there isnt much lol

look up gabi butler's stretching video on youtube for more,
hope i helped!!

1) pinch a penny...(squeeze you butt)
2) go on a stair and act like your going into a stunt. Do whatever trick and hold it straight for as long as possible. (this might be like the soup can^)
Much what she said....^
