OT Good Songs For A Mixed Tape

so I'm really big into giving close friends mixed tapes (well, actually, we're not in the 80s, so really mixed cds lol) I'll do them for special occasions, or just with songs that mean something between us or what not. I have a guy friend that I'm really close with, I actually would say we're in "relationship limbo" right now lol we're closer than just friends, but we're not really dating. and I've made him like a total of eight cds, and they were all pretty bomb. Well I want to make him one for his birthday which is coming up, and I'm kind of at a loss as to what songs to use. Normally they just come naturally, but since I made him so many, I'm out of creativity. lol obviously ya'll don't know us personally, but I figure you could still help me find some songs, or get a general ballpark range haha. any suggestions would be lovely.

well any song that is special between him and me I can think of myself, but I just need like "filler" songs, so just cute songs that you'd use for a boyfriend I'd say.
