I've always been someone who dosent like to workout, but once I started my workout plan I thought of, now I enjoy it. This may work for you as well.
To start off jog a short distance, maybe .5-1 mile. Jog every day or every other day and each time you do it go a little farther.
Also make sure to listen to music while you run, it will take your mind of the running part a little so it will seam faster!
