Hello Cheer Words!!!!!!!!!!!

Im the only captian for my jv squad and I am totally having a mental break down. Our first practice is the 11th and I have to make a hello cheer for the squad. if any body has any ideas that would be alot of help. it has to be at least 40 sec. it doesnt have to be a whole cheer if you have just a good line of words that would be great. im sure i could find enough to put them together! Were the Sandusky Blue Streaks and are colors are blue white and silver
