Help With Practice Wear Sizing

Hello, I'm hoping to get some advice for Cheer Athletics sports bras and shorts sizing. If cp wears an AS soffee short what size CA short should I order? If she normally wears a AS sports bra (target brand, etc.) what size CA sports bra?
