I'm a flyer and I've recently had to switch my lib leg after doing it on the wrong one for 5 years (stupid high school squad) I'm having a really hard time getting up and holding it at practice. I was wondering if there was anything I could do at home to help so when I go to practice I'm not the only stunt coming down. Thanks for the help!

Use a brick or soda can as the base. You can practice holding yourself steady that way.

start out low with something like a brick (block), step up and pull your trick (lib)....as you get comfortable there, graduate higher up to a chair.....be careful and use counts, it will help you steady yourself as well as make you work as though you were in an actual stunt.....practice, practice, practice. :) I'm sure you'll get it.

thanks for all the pointers! hopefully they help :D
