International Not Making Finals

Has any country brought more than 3 teams into one of the international divisions yet? (this is obviously excluding the US)

Canada for sure..I'm not sure how many they brought last year, but there were at least 4 in IOC 5

I think a scottish dance team didn't make finals one year because of the rule but I can't think of any for cheer.

Canada in both International CoEd and All Girl 5 had teams not make it last year.

Slovenian dance team made it to the finlas in 2009. And Looney Dolphins made it to the finlas in Large Senior category last year.

I think we are looking for teams who did NOT make it to finals, that had more then 3 teams from their country.
