I know Less Stella posted videos a year ago about a proposition to make inversions to crunch level that started from the floor not require a brace in the non restricted level 5 divisions.
Obviously the change was not made for the 13-15 rules, however it was posted pretty close to the new rules being announced, so I thought maybe it just got proposed a little late..
Does anyone know if it is on the docket again? I have always thought that it was weird that in level 3 you can do a rewind to crunch with two braces, you can do it with one brace in level 4, and then theres no change in level 5 - yet they expect you to magically be able to rewind to the top in level 6.. Plus I always thought rewind to crunch was SUPER easy honestly..
Does anyone know? I obviously am not in tune with the inner workings of the USASF lol
