what exactly was the "pyramid issue"?

girl that does the back and forth thing, the tiny girls at the end, they like do an inside hitch pyramid then get thrown back and forth (if that makes any sense) her hitch almost fell, so she didnt get thrown back and forth right, it was sorta just like thrown to the side a little then recovered.
