I'm ready to see Supers get the gold, they have been consistently a contender for years in the medium division. Completely agree about the structure of routine, very smart but I wouldn't expect any less from Coach Mike!

i wish who ever did diamonds 2014-17 would come back and bring out the diamonds we all fell in love with. this new routine is even more distracting and not in a good way (IMO)

This angle it makes it look like the tumbling is 2 inches off of the mat. But, it also shows how difficult the routine really is. It's the first time I really got a good look at the stunts up close. I'm still not down with the theme, tho.

ETA: The girls on Cheetahs have all the flexibility and pointed toes. They need to share the wealth to Panthers.

Cheetah's second stunt may be my fave in that division.

See also, there is not a bent wrist or unpointed toe in sight.

This^^^^ but yes some of the Panther Flyers could use a little more work in the technique department but those stunts look amazing. My CP said and I quote: "Now, these are BABS!" Don't ask me what that means and another one "Mom, when I perfect my double can we move to Plano, TX?" ME: Not for Cheer, sorry... Not Happening.... ROFL!
