Please help me by commenting below on some stuff to do to help get my flexibility higher in my jumps and my flexibility on my front stretches eg: heelstretch & bow and arrow. Thank you guys

We have always used ankle weights of 2 or 3 pounds on the athletes legs and have them practice their jumps assisted with the weights. It helps in gaining strength to get the legs up quickly.
 
CP has been using five pound ankle weights to practice her jumps at home. She also stretches often. Something must be working because her jumps are just crazy good right now. Which is saying something because they have traditionally been a little less than good.
 
ankle weights work wonders BUT they tend to be really bad for your knees.
