A lot of my clients this year and last have done custom sports bras through GK that are specifically made to go under their uniform. Yes it is an added expense, but you also kill two birds with one stone. You get an amazing practicewear outfit, PLUS you have the bra you can wear under your uniform.
Side note - Gym owners should be cautious of their design ideas if they are truly worried about support. We dont have cutouts in ours and our uniforms get complimented all the time. #EachToTheirOwn
