Legal For High School?

I just happened to see this video on another thread and was wondering if the stunt at 2:35 is legal for a high school team. I'm sure there would have to be an added backspot to protect the head and shoulders area but otherwise I'm not certain that it would violate any other rules. Thanks

We actually follow both NFHS and AACCA rules. Different competitions have different set they follow so it's always best for us to follow both.

I would say no...AACCA says that a base/spotter needs to maintain contact with the head/neck area at all times. I'm also guessing that would count as above shoulder level which is illegal. But I bet there's a way to modify it, too.
