So I did cheer for all 4 years and I noticed especially during my freshman year when I made it on the team and we were paying for our stuff that there was some sort of summer/coach fee in a way on our payment form sheet that my coach gave us to have our parents know what they are paying for. I...
Is this dismount legal for level 3????

In our rec league, it’s classified as a half twist, so we’re okay to do it.
Attending a competition next week that has us following stunt and pyramid rules for USASF level 3.
But the USASF rules state from a...
So I didn’t “invent” it but I arrived at it on my own while trying to find a smoother way to check off the “released transition to extended involving spinning/inversions with 1 bracer” portion of the score sheet.
It’s a variation of the stunt where the flyer and bracer are facing each other...
Here’s an example from the Great Whites routine at Worlds last year (at the :30 second mark):
Individually, all the parts of the stunt seem to be legal although I’m a bit confused on the legality of BHS stunts in high school. I read somewhere that a BHS up into a prep became legal this year...
Can a gym create a team that is made up 100% of athletes that are already on their level 2 and 3 teams and make this new team level 1? Are there rules against this?
EDIT TO ADD:
This has nothing to do with my child or even her gym or team. This was purely a question out of curiosity and not...
In the beginning of the video below the flyer on the left braces with a flyer in a thigh stand and is tossed to another stunt group. Is this legal for a senior level 3 team??
This is for a level 2 junior team. It's a two man half up switch up to heel stretch, power press, lib tick tock to heel stretch and then another tick tock to bow and arrow with a cradle.
Thanks so much!
Is it legal to do a quarter up straight to lib in level 1?
Bases or on their knees for a leg stand. Flyer's foot is parallel to the bases' leg and their hips are squared to the front. Flyer dips and turns to face the side and immediately pulls a liberty.
I'm almost positive its not but just wanted to check with some others. The bases held on to the arms of the flyer while she did a back roll but completely suspened her in the air mid roll before her feet touched the ground. I see this an an inversion and not allowed in level 1.
Is a switch up to extension legal on a level 3 team, or do they have to switch up at prep and then press? Also note that it is during pyramid so arm to arm contact is continuous between two flyers, not sure if that matters.
I'm an All Star coach choreographing a high school routine that plans to compete in the non-tumbling division. I need some help decoding the AACCA rules.
Rule:
Stunting-
Stunting is allowed through the Advanced level of division limitations.
Tumbling-
This division prohibits all standing...
It was a front walkover and the bases caught my legs in a basket grip. They then toss me and the backspot twists me around and i land in a basket toss position to ve tossed.
