Level 3 Full Up

Ok this isn't for my level or gym, but my friend isn't allowed to ask this on here because it's considered leaking routines..

Is a 360 from 2 legs to 1 leg legal at level 3? Like start in a half, then 360 to a heel stretch (still at a prep)?
 
From what I know they can't be connected. you'd have to 360 to chest stop then release the foot for the heel stretch.
why dont they half up extension lib to heel stretch that way you'd get better points for difficulty.
 
Level 3. All that matters is the height of the full up. Prep level or below? You're good. One leg, two legs, doesn't matter. Originates from and lands at prep level? Legal.
 
i posted this in the 2012 videos thread awhile ago but anyways what your friend is asking about sounds like one of my teams stunts last season. we originated at a load & landed at prep on 1 leg. this was the 1st competition of the season & by the end all groups we're doing it stunt not just the front 2 but this is the only non private facebook video so yeah:p
