Hey there, just going to the Fierce Boards for some help on this one, I need help creating a specialty level 3 cross tumbling pass for one of the girls on a team at my gym. What're your ideas?

my cp does a punch front, forward roll, front handspring, round-off hs, step out, rohs tuck.

SOme one i know does front walkover thru to roundoff BHS stepout roundoff BHS tuck. Backward roll Turn roundouf BHS BHS TUCK

Are aerials allowed? If so, definitely use an aerial!!!
