Where can I see (if there is anything) changes to level appropriate skills (stunts or tumbling) for the upcoming season? We were talking at the gym last night and someone mentioned that there were some changes this year.

This has the list in it, but nothing indicates what the changes are from a previous season.

There isn’t a comparative listing that I’m aware of. You would just need to compare it to the 2018-2019 copy if you have one.

I think this year the rules are up for change? I think the 3 year cycle ended in 2019, so 2020 is the new cycle.

USASF's rules usually highlight changes in red ink. I would link you to this years rules but again, I think rules are up for change this year so I have nothing to link to for you.

I also just heard no kick doubles in baskets for level 5. Only single twisting.

My understanding is that US "international" teams are not allowed to compete rewinds - until the day of Worlds when they will be competing them against non-US teams that have done them all season.

There is some differences of opinion between the USASF folks and the IASF folks about some fundamental principles. Both sides have some valid points, but those differences have led to some just plain absurd outcomes the last year or two.
