Is ticketmaster only way to get tickets? $6.75 surcharge per ticket is pretty steep.

So, the rest of my group didn't buy tickets in time and got general admission instead of VIP...does anyone have a gen admission ticket that would like to give me the extra money and upgrade theirs to a VIP and give me their gen admission ticket?
