Though, my predictions...

I think alot of small will go medium.
Not many changes with the large teams. Hoping they all stay large because medium may wipe out this division next year. We need one last HOOO HAAA of large with all the regulars....Sr Elite, WCSS, TSU, FAME, F5, FCA, etc
