Let me just state this before I say anything: This routine is amazing.
I don't want to point her out specifically, but holy moly, all I see in the elite is that dorito scorp, HORRID right leg stretch, and flexed foot in the scale. WHAT. Are we letting this go because it's SS? Because it's killing me. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills that people aren't mentioning this.

I was going to say something too, but people on Fierceboard scare me.
Just kidding, but yeah, I wish some of their flex was better but I don't think it's bad. IMO don't do opposite leg stretches unless they look good.
