The boy that was on Sparks de Valleyfield small senior Coed. He's a really great tumbler

Cheer evolution, cheer for the cure and OCF east regionals are just a few and I'm sure there are a few others. There's also the Kicks comp in Montreal too that a lot of teams go to get bids.

There's also a new program starting in Ottawa, Royal Elite. I think they're starting out with 2 teams for this year.

I'd love to hear more about the new Ottawa team. What do you know? Where is it and what ages/levels?

New gym is called Royalty Elite or Royal elite can't remember. They're only doing two teams this year though senior not sure what level and open 5 I believe.

Former cp and I are taking a road trip up there the beginning of August.
