Hi everyone! My partner and I are trying to learn how to partner stunt. I am a flyer and I have stunted before while my partner has little to no stunting experience. We are taking it step by step and building from the fundamentals and the basics (i.e. weight lifting, strength training, core workouts, etc.) but we need help with technique!

As of now we have just been practicing the bounce and toss to get the height right. I have been practicing standing in his hands while he is in a sitting/laying position with his arms up perpendicular to the floor. During this, I use a nearby chair or wall to stabilize myself and my partner is slightly wobbly. When I let go of the wall, it becomes more wobbly. Is this because I am unbalanced? Or because he can't hold me up there stably? (I assume it's somewhat of both) Also, what can we do to improve on this other than practice? I can perform a full extension in a regular stunt group (one flyer, one back spot, 2 bases) as well as full extension one legged stunts.
If it helps, this is how much he weightlifts:
dumbbell bench press - 70
barbell bench press - 165
squat - 225
dumbbell shoulder press - 55
can do well over 100 with barbell
power clean - 135
deadlift - 225
dumbbell incline benchpress - 55
bicep curl - 75
(all of these are for 5 sets of 5 repetitions)

Any help with learning how to safely one man stunt is appreciated!
