All-Star Opening Cheer

I wanna start all my team practices with a teamcheer for each group. just a short, simple and strong cheer. something to get them all pumped for practice.
can anyone help coming up with a good one?

it should be something with our gymname and our groupname.

name group 1: twisters
name group 2: storm
gymname: gymflex

a general one with only the gymname for all groups would be great too.

I'd do that too, but my kids are lazy as the tail of a cat and if I don't do it, they'll just sit down and stare at me or come with really weird stuff.
