I like both, but I would go with black. I like the guy's design better, but also, white scares me. Some kids just can't keep their stuff clean no matter how hard they try. I wouldn't want to deal with a bronzer face-print on someone's arm, a spilled drink, or a lipstick mishap. It almost never failed that someone got makeup on their bodysuit when I cheered, which wasn't really a big deal for a game, but still annoying...
I may just be OCD/paranoid about the white
but I would definitely factor it in. I like the male's black design and both of the designs for the girls. I think whatever your gym decides, it will look good.
