Problem With My Coach

dont worry it's my first year too but trust me talk to the coach and ask her or him on what you can do to get stronger
 
do your own workouts at home that relate to what you are going to be doing in the gym, prepping your self never hurts.
 
yesterday i've tried with a more light flyer and i was pretty good...i hold her for about 4 minutes!

after this...my coach say to me that it's not necessary that i basing for shoulder sit again in the game lol :D
