my whole freshmen team has problems with our coach.. we only have 1 coach and she ignores us and focuses on JV and Varsity.. what should we do?

Honestly? It's probably because there is one of her and three teams an JV and Varsity are more important to your coach. At the moment you are on the bottom of the ladder, the JV and Varsity team have all been where you are at one point. It's just part of being a freshman sadly. It might not make it right but that is what happens in HS cheer. Next season you'll be on JV or Varsity and it'll be different.
