Do a split and lean back to your leg as far as you can to stretch your back then everyday keep pulling it your scorp more and more! You will be sore for a few days but its worth it! I did this and I have a needle now

Go in a door way and do a split against the wall then use the other side to push yourself up... If that makes any sense at all haha! Also, when your in your scorpion, try pushing your leg out. I know that sounds counter productive but it will make your leg look straighter.

If you are wanting your left leg scorp to be higher, get in your right leg split and lean back and try and grab your left leg!
