Get your core strong. You need those ab muscles to help pull your tuck.
I agree with this and saw it first hand after CP broke her tibia this season. She lost so much core strength b/c she wasn't practicing. Took her a while to get her tuck back to where it was before. I'm no coach but I also know a good set is key to the tuck!
 
Set, then squeeze, I see girls daily that can't hit their tucks simply because they don't set for it. Make sure your arms reach upward before tucking them around your body. This will help you get more height & rotate faster. Also try to make sure that you're getting a good rebound out of your round-off & that your round off is solid, a crappy round-off is a great way to make sure that a tuck won't happen out of it.
