My scorp is a full blown dorito, and my scale looks like a reverse L. What are some stretches I can do to improve them. My goal is to have a scorp over my head by February.
 
Get In a split and just lay back like you're going to lay on your leg and eventually your back will stretch. And do back bends with straight legs to stretch your back

You can also get into a door frame and put your leg up and push back slowly. This will help you get your needle and scale get higher so fast!
 
Please stretch both sides equally to prevent muscular dysbalances and the problems that can come with that.

I know most girls work on one side to become the body positions they need or want fast, but it is really important to have flexibility on both sides.
