Super Seniors do not have a declared division yet. There is a lot of talent between them and celebs. The staff at the Richmond gym has not made a final decision yet for either division.

I really don't mean to sound rude here, but I'm sure it will come across that way....but really, it doesn't matter who goes into this division. It will always be about the Big 4 (Panthers better go large!). The rest are always like another division within the the division....if that makes sense. I hope someone surprises me, but I doubt it.
I generally agree with you, but I do think Rays and CA will be getting in the mix this year. I'm looking forward to it. I'd like to see someone come into that division and turn it upside down since it only ever has been about the top three. I have nothing against the top three, I set an alarm to make sure I watch the grudge match every year like everyone else does, but I'd love to see five or six insanely good routines than just the three we've come to count on to bring it.

Im so glad to see more teams in this division. I feel like most of the teams DO have potential to be really competitive too, especially Rays, Panthers/Swooshcats and Fame. (I can't speak for the other gyms mainly because I havent seen too much of them :p )
This division is what made me fall in love with Allstar cheer and I am ecstatic to see it coming back to life!!! :D

Lets not forget those silly rule changes that were made to the tumblig portion of the score sheet for the upcoming competition season! For example: no standing fulls, no standing back hand springs to double, no whip doubles, etc. That will GREATLY even out the playing field in Large Senior because Panthers, World Cup, & definitely F5 tumbled all over the other large senior teams in pass years.

I see squad standing back handspring fulls being the new tick toc this year lol! I may be out of the loop on this one but I think the last time I looked I think someone said that those were the "Suggested" rule changes. Are they still being discussed or are the new changes concrete?

You can now do standing fulls/whip doubles again.

As stated above my post, those rules were not put into place. You can't do standing doubles, and you can't do twisting bounding to twisting skills (i.e. full punch double). But you CAN do standing fulls, standing BHS to doubles, and whip punch doubles in standing and running tumbling. So not TOO limiting to all girl teams. Maybe affects a few athletes, but not as many as the original "proposal".

Someone from MX can correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard from a friend there that they're having a medium all girl, not a large all girl. This may have changed though.

So we have:

•Cheer Athletics Panthers/Swoosh Cats
•World Cup Shooting Stars
•Maryland Twisters F5
•Stingray Allstars Peach
•University Cheer Force
•CheerTyme Love
•Matrix Allstars Electra
•???

Did I miss any?
Wait where did UCF come from? I read the whole thread and didn't see them. Did I miss something?

THANK GOD!!! I couldn't have imagined a team like F5 who has like a million standing fulls doing NONE. Well I guess its game on for Large Senior 5 this year. I'm excited!

I don't think the standing full thing plays quite as big of a deal as we all would like to think it does. Though it pains me to say it (BIG F5 fan here) CEA won large senior last year not throwing a single standing full I do believe. I know the other two teams had mistakes, however, their large amount of standing fulls obviously did not set them quite as far ahead as a lot of people thought they would.
