All-Star Smoed Conditioning

From watching the show, I would say conditioning goes a little something like this:

Run until you can't feel your legs
Multiple sets of jumps to back/ full
Run some more
Running tumbling
Bear runs
And regular running some more

And then go full out a million times
 
I think I saw them doing sit ups to tucks/fulls in one of the Cheerleaders video which I thought was cool. Could also do it with burpees.
 
What ever they do, they look beat by the end of it! I heard candle to back tuck on cheerleadera that sounds kinda cool

On the last episode, Gabi stated that she stopped taking tumbling classes and just focused on practice because it was a challenge to do both. I'm sure it was an adjustment. Either way, I like to see the proof written all over their faces that they put in that work. That's how it should be in my opinion.
