Don't push yourself too hard. It's frustrating, but you have to allow time to let your injury heal correctly. If you don't, you could end up re-injuring it, or injuring it worse than it already is. Also, if you don't allow time for it to heal it can become a long term issue. Go to practice and support your squad, but don't return to the mat until you've gotten the okay from your doctor
