Standing Full Consistency? Drills?

I have a standing full kind of on and off. I only have tumbling once a week and I know the obvious answer is to get in the gym more but at my college we only have access to the gymnastics gym once a week. Are there any drills I can do at home throughout the week to help me keep my standing full?
 
I'd suggest you do lots and lots of conditioning! Obviously landing a clean tuck often will help your full as you use many of the same muscles.
