Standing Tumbling

Hey guys! So I was working on standing tumbling the other day and I'm really struggling with back-handspring series. I have a one/two to full and three to double.... the second/third back handspring are usually powerful and light, but the first one seems very heavy and slow with no power (almost as if i'm just throwing myself over). Do any of you have tips on how to make it faster and more powerful? Thank you :)
