Stretching Tips??

Do over splits and lean forward and do a bow and arrow on the ground. Lay on your back and pull your foot up like another bow and arrow on the ground. Sit and pull bow and arrows and lean forward in your splits. It's important to stretch your calve and inner thigh muscles the most.
 
Partner Stretching is what we have found helps our flyers with ALL stretches. It's hard to explain on here without actually showing you what exercises we do.. but, just get someone to help you so you wont need to worry about holding your foot ect just now, just stretching the right way :)
