Stronger Standing Tumbling!!! Help!!

ok so i have tryouts in about 4-5 weeks (im an aussie :p) For a level 2 team.
and im worried about my standing tumbling. Its just not very strong.
My running tumbling is very powerful but my coach really wants full team standing handspring handspring which i just cant throw properly.
ive had this problem a while so does anyone had any drills or skills that i could do at home or at the gym to help my standing tumbling strength in general??

Sorry I just need a little more explanation- can you do one backhandspring? <3

I can do a standing handspring, disregard the level 2 stuff, and my coach just wants me to excel in my tumbling because i'm a quick learner when it comes to the skill but power and strength are my weak points for standing tumbling.
 
To do at home, without a coach or spotted I'd say the best think you could do is conditioning- lots and lots of muscle building.
