I love helping with the mini teams and I usually let them play games you know Ships & Sailors or Little Sally Walker or Chicken in the Hen House you know something friendly , yet competitive & that requires a partner or interacting & depending on each other , but is still really fun to do .

Sleep overs, parties, stuff like that. Play games at the parties and whatnot and you'll become more if a family with your team.
