    Hi all!

I'm just after a little advise please! Team Wales Cheer are accepting video tryouts, I am welsh but live in north wales and actually train on a team in Liverpool but I would be willing to travel. I have been on level 3 and 4 teams this season and training every week on a level 5 team which aren't ready to compete. I have strong stunting skills, I usually back base but I have been basing in the level 5 team also, but my issue is I have pretty much zero tumble skills, I am still working on a solid round off with a good rebound (any tips on this would also be useful, I seem to just fold in half and get no bounce) I can't seem to find the video now but I watched their 2015 routine and noticed a few didn't tumble but I'm not sure if that was due to injury etc, does anyone know if they usually accept none tumblers?

Also, does anybody have any tips on how to bulk out my tryout video without tumbling skills? Should I show my progressions or just leave it out completely and concentrate on stunts, jumps and dance?

Finally, does anybody have any tips on a good tryout video on general? There is no time limit so what should I aim for? Should I do an introduction? Should I show things in sections or mix it up?

    Thanks guys!
    Cheer love x

I a, moving to the gym that is hosting team Wales. I believe last year they had people who couldn't tumble. My best advice is show your jumps and round off and then stunt. Maybe do an intro and explain where you live and that's why you train in liverpool
