we had an "Old McDonald had a Farm" themed practice last sunday where all the kids dressed up as cows, ducks, pigs, farmers, etc. Its fun to see how creative the kids can get with their costumes.

We did the Jersey Shore theme one practice last year......kids got very into it. some parents were not too happy the way some were dressed.... guess we wont be doing that one again.

What I want to be when I grow up day, crazy makeup day, crazy sock day, bad hair day, Zombie day, rock n roll day, sparkle/shine/shimmer day(anything sparkley or metallic), ugliest tshirt day, glow in the dark day, sports jersey day, plaid day/ polka dot day/ etc. (pick a print), NCA staff day (had this at my high school....everyone wore old NCA shirts/clothes and put their hair in slicked back ponytails with a red or blue ribbon before NCA nationals and then had to act super sharp and clean and happy when we were running full outs as if we were on staff lol. coach's idea......), gangsta day (baggy hoodies, fake grillz, etc.), mythalogical day (everything from unicorns to bigfoot), fiesta day, patriotic day, barbie day

i love doing theme days one of my favorites was PAJAMA DAY! i wore footy pajamas but i could pull heel stretches in them so i had to take them off lol ;(

we had a biker night (like motorcycle biker) and one girl thought we might bicyclist and showed up in like biking spandex and a helmet and stuff, it was awesome. we actually knew ahead of time that that's what she thought and no one corrected her! it was priceless!

We've had superhero day, wild day (animal print), wacky tacky is usually a fav, tye dye, camo day, crazy socks, princesses, ninjas (all black) sports jerseys, most sparkley (mystic everythings (bras and hot pants), rhinestone bows, glitter dust)

we have done SO many themes. my favorite was definitely worlds week last year though, we had an all things fierce practice. glitter, neon, and animal prints galore. some of the boys painted their bodies cheetah with neon colors and glitter. it was great!
