So as to not leave out the 9PanelDiva from her brothers post a page back. ETA: sorry they're big, I started using photobucket hoping they'd be smaller when I posted them....apparently not.

This is from the first cheer program we ever put her in (a dance studio that had a cheer team for the YMCA rec programs) She was 5ish. In allstar terms would've been a Tiny Level 1. They pushed us toward allstar (which we knew nothing about) because they said she had a lot of talent and needed a higher level program.

So.....this is from her first year in Allstar as a 6 y/o Mini Level 1; She hates this pic...I LOVE it. It got her the nickname Ms. Sassypants for years

Quite possible...there's several coaches have been or are a part of UK cheer.

Then: Jaylen june2010 when she started cheer. She won panther of the month her very first month!!

Now: there is a pic of her at the gym with her sister..(that's what she calls her) she wants to be just like her.

I'm 17 and this year I was a mentor during freshman orintation at my school and got told by at least 4 of the teachers that I needed to be in the assembly and asked me if I was lost. My 14 year old brother looks older than me, too... It's kind of sad.... I also got pulled over one time so they could check my indentification because I looked too young to be driving past curfew... So sad...

people have been assuming I'm in college since I was in like 8th grade.
but anyways, what I was going to say is when I went to the St. Louis City Museum with my church, they have caves that you have to be over 18 or with someone over 18 to go into... so we were with our youth group leader (who's like 28) and they wouldn't let her in because they didn't believe she was over 18, and she's just like "I'm MARRIED" haha we got in after that.

Had to share this. Went to visit family today and received a lot of old pictures and letters, including many from before I was born.

This is a picture of my grandparents (first two standing from left), father (on my grandmothers back) and other family members from 1952 (10 years before I was born). So apparently I had cheerleading in my blood!
