Tips On Being Nervous

I close my eyes and pray that God will help me through the routine and help me try my best! Then I take three deep long breathes (slows down your heart rate!) and give my team members hugs and encourage them! It really gets my mind off being nervous about my stuff when I encourage others!!
 
A great way to calm your nerves is to be totally prepared....know your routine, get a good nights sleep, eat a healthy breakfast and give yourself plenty of time to get ready for the day. Look and feel your best and it will give your more confidence!!
 
we circle up and give little motivational speeches while we're in the hole. Our coaches come to our huddle and say a prayer with us. While I'm on the floor, I say a quick silent prayer and hope for the best!
