I am curious what team practice hours are for some of the top teams? What are the hours for CA Wild Cats, Cali Smoed, etc. ? Thanks

At CEA Raleigh we have team practice for about two hours once a week with additional tumbling on a seperate day.

Maryland twisters during the normal season practice two times a week for 3 hours. Worlds teams practice 3 times a week for three hours. We get an hour of tumbling class which during competition season is normally spent working on timing or running full out tumbling.

Cheer Athletics teams' typical week is: 2 hour practice on a Sunday, 1.5 hour practice during the week. 3.5 hours overall.

SE had practice for 3 hours.......Jr Elite was right after them so probably it was a tweet from someone that does both teams making their total practice time 5 hours.
