Arabesque 540 is basically a full down. The flyer squares her hips to the front in the pop and fulls down from there.

If it's co-ed, make sure the appropriate grip is used by the guy. UCA is usually torch grip, NCA is lib grip.

Its a full down to the front from a side facing stunt (arabesque,scale, scorpion etc.)

Why are they called 540?

Because you are coming down from a side facing stunt. So the 360 is obviously the full twist but the other 180 degrees is because the flyer needs to square their hips to the front before twisting.

That is mathematically true.

to be completely accurate the flyer would have to keep her body in the same horizontal plane and do 1.5 twists and land in the cradle
