Tumbling Help !

Hey i need help i have been cheering allstars for 4 years and i every year i make senior 3 because my skills are advanced but i have horrible tumbling and i need help getting better at tumbling because i feel like im holding my team back any advice or anything i could do to get better.
 
Go to multiple tumbling classes a week, take privates with someone that will concentrate on your technique(you could even go to a gymnastics gym for privates or power tumbling), and condition at home so that your body has an easier time picking up tumbling (especially your core muscles).

There is no magic tip or trick to automatically change the way you tumble. You must put in the hard work of going for extra classes, lessons, and conditioning to see it pay off.
