the requirements are pretty much the same as they have been for awhile...which isnt that much, its like toss stretch and standing tuck and two bhs to a tuck... but no one ever makes the squad with just the requirements of course. Here's the link.

If I understand it correctly you need to be invited at their clinic in order to tryout. Those requirements on their website may get you on the white squad but I don't see that getting you on the blue squad.

Sorry about that last post, I don't know what my laptop was doing. But I am
it's pretty laid back so far but when Saturday and Sunday come, it will be super intense. First cuts are made tonight!
