im looking for ideas on what ya'll do as a warm up for your team? trying to come up with something fun but useful for younger girls thanks!!

We've been used this last year. We also have specific stretches for days we plan on working on jumps and stretches.


MONDAY / WEDNESDAY WORKOUT
Warm Up
Cherry Pickers – 10
Windmills – 10
Calf Stretch (right/left) – 20 seconds each side x 20
Sitting Toe Touches Pike Position – 30 seconds
Straddle Stretch – 10 seconds, right/middle/left
Straddle Lift – 1 each side @ 10 seconds
Butterfly Stretch – 30 seconds
Tricep Stretch – 10 seconds each side
Anterior Shoulder Stretch – 30 seconds
Lap – 2

TUESDAY / THURSDAY WARM UP
Warm Up
Jumping Jacks x 10
Standing Toe Touch Pike Position w/ walkout – 30 seconds
Calf Stretch (right/left) – 20 seconds each side
Sitting Toe Touches Pike Position – 30 seconds
Straddle Stretch – 10 seconds, right/middle/left
Straddle Lift – 1 each side @ 10 seconds
Butterfly Stretch – 30 seconds
Bridges x 10
Superman x 10
Scissors x 10
Arm circles forward x 10
Arm circles backward x 10
Tricep Stretch – 10 seconds each side
Anterior Shoulder Stretch – 30 seconds
Front Shoulder Stretch – 10 seconds each side
Lap – 2
