This Is so sad my heart goes out to her family! I use to live in ky and I hated that they don't require their motorcycle riders to wear helmets- in Tennessee we do and it saves lives! I would do anything to change the outcome for her but I can't! I would love to help get the law changed if it meant saving lives!! Hopefully people learn from this- I'm really sad now!
